Both positions require a B.E./B.Tech
degree from a government-recognized university/institute in the

- Assistant Technical Manager (S&T): Minimum of four years of
post-qualification relevant work experience.

as of 31st July 2025 for both posts.
- Age relaxation is provided for reserved
categories:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL – Central List): 3 years
- Domicile of J&K (from 01.01.1980 to
31.12.1989): 5 years

are offered on a contractual basis, with an initial period of
3 years, extendable by another 2 years based on NHSRCL's decision. Furthermore,
