Manager (E2) and Executive (E0) posts will be conducted in three
distinct stages to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
Stage I: Online Exam (OE)
- Exam Locations: The online examination will be held in 6 major
cities: Mumbai (including Thane & Navi Mumbai), Chennai, Kolkata,
Delhi & NCR, Bengaluru, and Guwahati.
- Center Selection: Candidates must select 3 exam centers in
preferential order, allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Language: The exam can be attempted in English or Hindi, except for the
English language section.
- Assistance: PwBD candidates will receive necessary
assistance at exam centers.

Stage II: Group Discussion (GD)
- Candidates will be shortlisted for GD in a 1:6
ratio after the online exam.
- Document verification will be conducted before the group discussion and personal interview rounds.
- The group discussion is eliminatory
in nature.
- Candidates must secure 60% marks or above
in the GD to qualify for the personal interview.
Stage III: Personal Interview (PI)
- Only candidates who qualify in the group discussion will be called for the personal interview.
- The personal interview is also an elimination
stage, requiring candidates to score 70% or above
to be shortlisted.
- The overall selection weightage is Online Exam – 70%, Group Discussion – 10%, and Personal Interview – 20%.
- In case of a tie in final scores, the candidate
with higher marks in the online exam will be preferred, followed by the
older candidate by date of birth.
