- Projects (Engineering Stream): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Electrical
& Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. Desirable: MBA/2-year
PG Diploma in Finance.
- Finance: CA/CMA or MBA/PG Diploma (2 years full-time) with specialisation
in finance.
- Law:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB). Preferred: Master’s Degree in Law
(LLM).
- Information Technology (IT): B.E. in Computer Science/IT/Software
Engineering/MCA or PG Degree in CS/IT/System.
- Human Resource Management & Administration: MBA (HR)/2-year PGD in HR/PM/IR/MHRM/Master's in
Personnel Management.
- Official Language: Postgraduate in Hindi with English as an
elective at the graduate level.

- DGM: Maximum 45 years.
- AGM: Maximum 40 years.
- Senior Manager: Maximum 35 years.
- Manager/Dy. Manager: Maximum 30 years.

and Career Benefits in HUDCO 2025

including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other

Selection Process 2025
The selection procedure varies depending on
whether the candidate applies for a lateral (experienced) post or a trainee officer post.
1. Selection for Lateral Posts (Experienced)
1. Application Screening: Applications are checked for eligibility, technical
knowledge, and experience.
2. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted in the ratio of 1:15 based on
qualifications and experience.
3. Interview:
Personal interview for shortlisted candidates. Candidates may choose to give
the interview in Hindi or English.
4. Document Verification (DV): Original documents are verified during the interview.
2. Selection for Trainee Officers
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates must appear for a CBT consisting of 150
questions for 150 marks.

Marking: Yes, 0.25 marks will be
deducted for every incorrect attempt.

CBT
Structure: Includes
subject-specific MCQs (90 marks) and general aptitude (60 marks covering
general English, quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and general awareness).
2. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT performance.
3. Interview and Document Verification: Final selection is based on combined performance in
the CBT and interview. All original documents will be verified at this stage.
