Eligibility Criteria, Age Limits, and Relaxation
Age Limit (as on 27/11/2025)
The age limits differ slightly between the
two roles:
- Deputy Manager: 18 to 30 years.
- Junior Hindi Translator: 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per
government rules, including:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10
years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Deputy Manager: Candidates generally require a full-time graduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., LLB for legal,
MBA/PGDM for HR, CA/ICWA for F&A, or B.E./B.Tech for technical roles)
with a minimum of 60% marks. This post also requires 3-9
years of post-qualification experience, depending on the specific
discipline.
- Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Candidates must possess a master's
degree in Hindi or English, provided Hindi or English was a
compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Alternatively, a
master's degree in any subject with Hindi as the medium is acceptable, coupled
with English as a compulsory/elective subject at the degree level. Working
knowledge of computers is also required.

Salary Structure and Pay Scale
Successful candidates will be offered
competitive pay scales based on their post level:
- Deputy Manager: ₹56,100/- (Pay Level 10).
- Junior Hindi Translator: ₹35,400/- (Pay Level 6).
The overall pay matrix ranges from Rs. 35,400
to Rs. 56,100.
