Salary

During Training Phase:
- S0 Grade: ₹24,000 + IDA, HRA, and other perks.
- W2 Grade: ₹21,000 + IDA, HRA, and other perks.
After Successful Absorption:
- S1 Level: Basic Pay of ₹25,000 with
an approximate CTC of ₹12.7 lakh per annum.
- W3 Level: Basic Pay of ₹21,500 with

Educational Qualification

1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey): Full-time regular 3-year diploma with minimum 70%
marks (Gen/OBC/EWS) or pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
2. Junior Officer Trainee (HR): 3-year full-time graduate degree (BBA/BBM/BBS) with
at least 60% marks. Postgraduate qualifications are not allowed.
3. Junior Officer Trainee (F&A): Must have cleared Inter CA or Inter CMA.
Higher qualifications are not allowed.
4. Junior Technician Trainee (Survey): Full-time regular 2-year ITI (Surveyor).
Selection

- Stage 1: Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT): This carries 100%
weightage for the final merit list for all posts.
- Stage 2: Skill/Trade Test: This is a qualifying test.
